boutique charm and seamless service
efficient staff free permit spacious room breakfast choices
The staff were very attentive and efficient. i appreciated the free parking permit. I easily found spaces on malvern road just behind the hotel. my room was spacious and clean. breakfast was a highlight. I enjoyed many choices served in the courtyard garden.
the room was nice, but the shower head had no holder, making it slightly difficult to avoid soaking the bathroom, i managed though.

this hotel provides complimentary on-street parking permits. it is convenient since malvern road offers ample parking spaces right behind the hotel. the hotel features a conservatory where guests can relax.

Charming stay, impressed by attention to detail
immaculate room freeview access decent shower great breakfast
The room was immaculate and included tea, coffee, and water. A tv was mounted on the wall and had freeview access. The shower was also quite decent. Breakfast impressed me. It was definitely worth adding to my stay.
The location for check-in required a short walk, but this was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel provides free on-street parking permits to all guests, and i noticed there were plenty of parking spaces available on Malvern road right behind the building. It was an excellent perk that really simplified my arrival.

My room had a king-size bed that i found very comfortable. It was a great size. A useful wardrobe was in the room for hanging clothes and storing items, very convenient for keeping everything tidy.

The staff were particularly warm and helpful. One staff member, harrison, even upgraded my room.

Breakfast is available in the conservatory, restaurant, or courtyard garden. The choice is yours. The breakfast service was excellent, with individually plated items available for ordering. I found it a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently placed close to seafront attractions, and i found many restaurants within walking distance. I found i could easily access both gunwharf quays and southsea pier within a short walk.

The staff was very nice and friendly to me. I found the room and building lovely and I thought it was very clean too.
I found the directions to check in was not clear at all. The address was Main Reception, Florence road.

the staff were friendly and efficient, i really appreciated that. our room was clean and fresh, it was amazing!!!
The room was not very well cleaned. There was some food in the carpet. the shower was a strange arrangement, it had no shower holder.
